Program Evaluation That Drives Continuous Improvement

OUR WORK AND MISISON

We help education and social impact leaders inform change through data

At Feedback Loop, we provide high-quality, customized program evaluation for all budgets. Our work results in better decision-making, stronger storytelling, and greater impact.

Good programs grow stronger with good data

We help you use evaluation to improve outcomes—not just report them. Many of our clients come to us because they’re doing great work—but they don’t have the documentation to prove it. We help you measure what matters most so you can tell your story with confidence, back up your grant proposals, and keep moving your mission forward.

ELIZABETH AUTIO

Who We Are & How We Work

Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I’ve worked in research and evaluation for over 25 years, with a focus on education and social impact programs. I founded Feedback Loop in 2016 to provide thoughtful, data-driven evaluation that helps organizations like yours learn and grow over time.

Having data is essential, but knowing how to use it is what creates lasting change

We help you go beyond the numbers to clarify your successes and highlight opportunities for growth. Our work supports smarter decision-making, stronger storytelling, and measurable results. Together, we tackle questions like:

Who are we reaching, and who is missing?

Where can we focus our resources for the greatest impact?

How do we measure success?

What strengths can we leverage to amplify results?

Is our program having the impact we intended? Why or why not?

Let's begin with a conversation

If these questions resonate with your team or you are seeking an evaluation, let’s begin with a conversation about your work.
